About

Do you want someone who can talk the talk, or someone who can actually do the job?

I started on a factory floor in Wigan, and got promoted to Quality Manager making jeans for Marks & Spencer.

Real production, real deadlines, real problems to solve. At the sharp end. That's where making garments gets into your bones, not from a textbook.

Over four decades since, I've worked with some of the biggest names on the high street — Charles Tyrwhitt, Jaeger, Aquascutum, Reiss, Tesco and Matalan — across menswear, womenswear and childrenswear. I've also brought the same rigour to performance sportswear, with Rapha Racing, Castore, and Grays International (Gray-Nicholls Cricket, Gilbert Rugby).

I've audited over 200 factories around the world, so I know my way around a production line, I know what good construction looks like, and I know exactly where things tend to go wrong — because I've seen it happen, fixed it, and written the procedures to stop it happening again.

Reddington is me, putting that experience directly to work for you: writing clear manuals that make sense, accurate specifications, realistic critical paths, and factories inspected by someone who actually knows what they're looking at.

No jargon, no fluff — just someone who can do the do.

Who I work with

Expert

Fashion

Brands, retailers, and manufacturers across menswear, womenswear, and childrenswear who need technical rigour they can trust — whether that's a growing label scaling up production or an established manufacturer tightening up quality control and compliance.

Expert

Sportswear

The same expertise applied to performance sportswear — teamwear, cricket, rugby, cycling, and football — for brands who need production support in this area too.

Let's talk about your production.

Whatever stage you're at — a spec that needs sharpening, a factory that needs auditing, or a range that needs sorting out — get in touch.
