What happens after payment?

You move to the Clinic's confidential upload stage.
You submit the latest tech pack and relevant supporting information.
The pack goes through the structured Clinic assessment.
Richard personally reviews the findings before your report is issued.
Normal target: within 3 working days after payment, the latest files and enough information to begin have been received.

Your tech pack is treated as confidential. Customer work is not used in advertising without explicit written permission. NDA available before upload.

Before you pay

I have read and agree to the Terms of Service.
I have also had the opportunity to read the Privacy Policy and Confidentiality & Data Handling Policy.

I want the Clinic to start my Health Check straight away.
If I am a Consumer, I expressly request that the service begins before the end of any applicable 14-day cancellation period. I understand that if I cancel after work has started but before completion I may have to pay a proportionate amount for work properly carried out, and that once the service has been fully performed I may lose the statutory right to cancel.

The full cancellation terms and model cancellation form are in clause 8 and Schedule 1 of the Terms of Service.
