P08 Outside Leg is shown for Regular length and grades by size; Short and Long follow the corresponding −2" / +2" length adjustment. Measurements are finished-garment measurements taken laid flat and relaxed unless otherwise stated.
Construction Notes
- Shaped waistband, self-faced, finished depth 4cm.
- Fuse outer waistband using approved stretch fusible.
- Waistband to be clean finished internally.
- Back yoke: 4cm depth at side seam; 6cm depth at centre back.
- Five belt loops positioned as technical sketch.
- Centre-front mock fly construction, secure internally with bartack at base.
- Fly edge single-needle topstitch 3cm from CF as approved sample.
- Slant front pocket openings reinforced with fusible tape.
- Pocket bags in polyester stretch mesh.
- Bartack top and bottom of front pocket opening.
- Visible zipped back pocket to wearer's right; zip coil and puller visible on face.
- Back zip pocket opening width to follow P11. Zip tape to sit flat with no puckering.
- Seat seam reinforced; maintain full fabric stretch across seam.
- Side seam 4-thread overlock, pressed to back.
- Inside-leg seam 4-thread overlock, reinforced through upper 20cm.
- Turn hem 3cm, clean finish; single-needle stitch 2.5cm from finished edge.

1 — Hip / seat POM missing
The chart is detailed, but no measurement directly controls the hip/seat.
What it could mean: the seat silhouette can be wrong while waist, thigh and rise are all within tolerance.
2 — Front rise missing
Back rise is specified; front rise is absent.
